1. Service

Signal Market Pro provides access to market signals, performance summaries and educational material. Access may include a free tier and paid Pro periods.

2. Free access

A verified free member may receive full details for up to the first 10 eligible signals published each day. Additional signals may remain partially visible with details restricted to Pro members.

3. Pro access

Pro access starts when payment has been verified and an administrator activates the selected period. Current plans displayed by this interface are 30 days for $30, 90 days for $50 and 200 days for $90. Pricing may be updated prospectively.

4. Account security

Members must maintain control of their verified email and mobile number. Access credentials and one-time codes must not be shared.

5. No redistribution

Membership access is personal. Users may not republish, resell, scrape, automate redistribution of or commercially exploit signal content unless written permission has been granted.

6. Advertisements

Third-party advertisements are identified as sponsored and may open in a separate browser tab. Third-party products and services are provided by the advertiser and are not operated by Signal Market Pro unless explicitly stated.

7. Risk

Use of the website constitutes acknowledgement of the Risk Disclaimer. Market information may be delayed, incomplete or affected by third-party data differences.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated. The production website should display an effective date and preserve the version accepted by each member where required by law.
